We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

or stock is on back order or due to COVID-19 the product manufacturing is short on parts or facility not in operation or delays in shipping handling for any reason.

•            one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.

 

•            If we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

 

•            We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
