Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Items purchased online at ZubyCo may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a money back guarantee. The refund will only be issued to the original purchaser after receiving the merchandise by ZubyCo. A store credit will be issued after 14 days. If the received product is the right item that was ordered and not damaged, customer to pay for return. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box and receipt or invoice.

 

Closeouts, custom pieces, and items that may cause hygiene, health and safety issues are not returnable or exchangeable.
